Class Types
Hot Mat Pilates: A low impact, moderately intense class focusing on toning the body and core. Props may include: weights, bands, blocks, and pilates ball.
Heated HIIT: A high intensity and impact circuit training class that focuses on using bodyweight to build strength. Props may include: bands, block, and pilates ball
Classical Pilates: A low impact and intensity class that follows the classical Joseph Pilates format with maybe one or two additions. No props.
