Mat Pilates

A low impact, moderately intense class focusing on toning the body and core. Suitable for all levels.
Props may include: weights, bands, yoga blocks, and Pilates ball.

Heated HIIT

A high intensity and high impact circuit training class that focuses on using bodyweight to build strength. Suitable for all levels. 

Props may include: bands, yoga blocks, and Pilates ball.

Flow

A Vinyasa-style yoga class focused on challenging breath and movement while bringing them together as one. Suitable for all levels. 

Props may include: yoga blocks


Reformer Pilates

Our athletic take on reformer Pilates, where slow and controlled movements will be encouraged while focusing on all muscle groups. Movements include laying, sitting, and standing on the reformer. Suitable for all levels. 

Reformer machines will be used, and props may include: weights, Pilates ball, and box.

Classical Reformer Pilates

A reformer Pilates class that stays true to the original sequence of Joseph Pilates. The reformer will be used to strengthen, stretch, and balance the body. Movements include laying and sitting on the reformer. Suitable for all levels. 

Reformer machines will be used, and props may include: box.
