Terms and Conditions – The Well
Welcome to The Well (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms of Service”, or “The Well Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including participation in our studio classes, events, and memberships (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using www.the-well-studio.com (the “Site”) or attending The Well’s Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The minimum age to participate in classes is 16, and minors must attend with a parent or guardian. Clients under 18 must register with parental or guardian consent.
2. Member Services and Policies
Cancellations
All Clients: Cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a $15 late cancellation fee or $20 no-show fee.
Switching time slots within the 12-hour window is treated as a late cancellation.
Cancellations must be made via our app or website.
Reservations
You must be physically present at least 5 minutes before class starts. Your spot may be given to a waitlisted client if you arrive late.
Personal Belongings
The Well is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings. You assume all risk of loss for any items you bring into the studio.
3. Purchase, Refund & Membership Policies
All class packages and memberships are non-refundable. No exceptions. ● Class packages come with expiration dates clearly noted at purchase.
Memberships may be canceled at any time after completing the initial commitment period.
No refunds will be provided for unused classes, partial months, or missed sessions.
4. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Participation in any fitness activity involves risk. By using our Services, you confirm that you are healthy and physically able to participate, and that you have consulted a physician as needed. You voluntarily assume all risks and release The Well from liability for injuries or health issues related to your participation.
5. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution

Arbitration Agreement
You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by JAMS or the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Class Action Waiver
You agree not to participate in any class or collective legal action. If this waiver is unenforceable, the arbitration agreement will be void, and disputes will be resolved in court.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, designs, and materials on www.the-well-studio.com are owned by The Well. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy Compliance
The Well complies with all applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
